The whole world knows about Mel Gibson’s comments and there have been cries in the media of “Racist”

His comments could be taken as anti Semitic but certainly not racist

Judaism is a religion not a race, if you think it’s a race of people then you have fallen prey to the writings of Hitler as he was of the firm opinion that the Jews were a race of people.

Islam is a religion so comments against it and its followers are not racism

The media is all to ready to hang labels on things the fact that the labels are incorrect doesn’t appear to make any difference it’s the shock value that the media are interested in.

There is a whole industry about discrimination that of choosing one thing over another claiming that this is better than that
It’s called advertising.
