Birthday

It's my birthday today I'm 40

Feeling a little down in the dumps, the job situation is indeed enough to get one depressed
I often wonder if I should have done more with my life. I don't appear to have much ambition
I have made attempts at things but have not succeeded

I did apply for the afternoon shift supervisor's position at Norcross but the other candidate was a better man than me according to the boss when I asked him why I did not get the job. When I asked him why he was a better man than me he replied because he was older, he was older than me by a month.

this happened in November 1998 and I am still burned off about it, I have written to the boss twice seeking an answer but have not received a reply. { Nor do I expect one}

It's things like this that get me down you can't do anything about them

When I was working as a Printer I always seemed to have money now I have none
I really would like to do some things around the house but cannot. Mrs Stumpy and I have not had a holiday since 1996 I just feel like I am struggling to keep my head above water

What I've done

Well Good Friday.

I have spent the day reloading ammunition I have loaded 160 rounds of .303 ammunition

There are a lot of .303 matches in April

my load is 37gns of 2206 behind a 174gn AX projectile

After I had done all this I realized that I probably should have trimmed the cases a bit, they all will chamber But I've noticed that I can get better accuracy with the cases if they are trimmed to just under length.

It would be nice to have a case trimmer.

Tired

Why Am I so Bloody tired?

The lower North Shore

I had applied for a job running a Roland Rekord on so the add said the Lower North Shore
Now I think that's North Sydney, Cremourne, Neutral Bay in that area.

Well not according to Hart recruitment it's Guilford!

and they wondered why people said its too far to travel.

They haven't got back to me so I obviously have not been short listed

Well I got replies from the two Johns,

Watkins got one of his staffers to see what Tech courses I could do.

Sorry but I need to have a certificate in fitting and machining to be eligible for one and also I need to be Unemployed to do the other I guess that any reply is better than none

Well I went to Centrelink when I first was made redundant, what a depressing place and nobody seemed interested in my plight.

I did find out that I was not eligible for government assistance of any kind as I had according to them too much money!
